Pho King (McConachie 6526- 170 ave) – Authentic Vietnamese Pho & Creative Dishes in Edmonton NE

Food was delicious! Even on opening day, my table didn’t have to wait very long to be seated and for the food! The sugarcane shrimp was sweet and savoury! Yum! Vermicelli bowl was delicious! I really liked the pork patty and the pho was really good! I would definitely come back again to try more items!

Pho King nailed it. The broth actually tastes like it’s been done the right way rich, clean, and full of flavor without being greasy or salty. The rare beef was tender and cooked perfectly in the bowl, and the fresh herbs gave it that bright hit that good pho should have. Portion size was solid and it came out steaming hot, just the way it should. Service was quick and friendly, the place was spotless, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. Easily one of the best Vietnamese spots in Edmonton and I'm really happy to have a great spot open in the Northeast.

Tried a new pho place and glad we did! Ordered green onion cakes, Crispy shrimp, Beef Satay Pho, vegetarian spring rolls and Spicy lemongrass chicken. Every dish was excellent. The Beef Satay pho was more of a creamy broth but it was spicy and tasty. We will be back to try some other dishes!!. Excellent service as well.

This is my fourth time coming to Pho King since they opened, and every single visit blows me away. This place has officially become my comfort-food spot. The portions are HUGE, the quality of the food is consistently amazing, and the service is always warm, friendly, and attentive. What really sets them apart is how creative their menu is, they offer so many unique items you don’t usually see at other pho restaurants, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. You can tell they put a lot of care into what they do. Pho King is one of those rare places that makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk in and satisfied every time you leave. Highly recommend!

Came in on opening day and it was wonderful. So happy to have a great Pho place within walking distance to. The service was a little slow at times, but I attribute this to first day jitters. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with the menu. The soup came steaming hot, the portion sizes were generous, and all the food tasted amazing. My only complaint is that my noodles in my Bun Bo Hue seemed a little on the mushy/overcooked side, but the broth and meat was flavourful. Overall, we loved this restaurant and will definitely be back soon!

PHO is on point. Delicious. Very comfortable seating. Great atmosphere. And GREAT taste.

It was my first time at Pho King. I ordered the beef brisket peanut satay pho and let me just say that was the best, creamiest pho I've ever had! It was full of flavor and the portions we're generous. I also ordered the sparkly strawberry refresher which has strawberry pieces in it and popping Boba—it was amazing! I'd definately be coming back here for my Pho fix.
